"WRAPPED IN YUMMY YARN" Club
A year of Wraps, Shawls and Shawlettes
February, April, June, August, October, and December 2012
Join us as we spend the year knitting beautiful wraps, shawls and shawlettes from our talented guest designers Tina Sanders - Peacefully Knitting, Meghan Jackson - ButterflyKnit, Kourtney Robinson - MrsRobinson, and of course the Yummy Yarn Studio Wench.
Luscious colour, pettable yarn, and fashionable patterns are waiting for you. This is a chance to step out of your comfort zone and challenge your knitting skills. These versatile patterns always fit and are a lovely change from a cardigan, especially in an air conditioned office. Wear yours as a wrap, shawl, scarf, lap blanket, or cuddle under your own stylish security blanket.
Every other month you will receive a skein of Limited Edition Yummy Yarn Studio Yarn (sufficient for each pattern), the exclusive corresponding pattern. The style of shawls/wraps and the weights of yarn will be varied including 100% Aran weight merino through BFL lace. Semi-circular, triangle, rectangles and circles will fill your every shawl/shawlette need. You can expect your yarn (via mail) and pattern (via email) to arrive the first 2 weeks of each month. Current club members will have the first opportunity to join the next club.
Registration:
$350 includes 6 patterns and corresponding yarns.
$60 includes patterns only with an option to purchase yarns as patterns are released.
